* If you receive the wrong or damaged items from us, please contact us at once. We will send a new replacement to you as soon as possible.

* If you received the gowns but felt the size is too small or too large, please contact us and we'd like to find the correct size for you.

* If you don't need the items anymore or the item doesn't fit you, please contact us. We will gladly help you with a return.
Exclusion: No return or changes can be made upon the confirmation of customized products, such as printed/embroidered stoles, custom embossed diploma cases, and custom-made gowns, hood, and tams. 

* We hope you have an unforgettable graduation ceremony. To ensure this, please help us ensure that all returns or exchanges are correct.

* Please return or exchange the items within 14 work days after you receipt of them. Please ensure that all products must be in new condition with original packaging, free from any damage and excessive wrinkles.
