Tracking Your Order

Once the order status shows "completed" which means the order was shipped out.

Out of Stock
-If any products are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email with an alternative item. We will ask if you would like to proceed with your order or change your order. You also have the option to return the item. 

Shipping Disputes
-All orders are processed and shipped according to the processing and shipping method chosen by the customer. We won’t be responsible for any delivery delays if the customer chooses the incorrect shipping method or if the order information is not even clear enough to process the order.But we will contact you for any unclear orders before shipping.
-If we delay processing without contacting you, the customer has the right to cancel the order before shipping or return the order after shipping.
-If we ship the wrong order or pick the wrong shipping method, the customer has right to get an refund without any additional costs.
